Three deep plates where koi carp swim.
On a midnight blue background, red and white koi carp seem to glide beneath the surface of the water. In Japan, the koi carp symbolises perseverance and courage: according to legend, the carp that swims up the waterfall becomes a dragon.

They come from the Toki-Tajimi region, Gifu Prefecture, home of Mino ceramics.
For pasta, curry, salads or dishes with sauce. They go with the other pieces of the Koi range. Made in Japan.
