Shipping policy
No customs fees for our Swiss and European customers. We ship within Switzerland from Switzerland, and to the European Union from France: no import duties to pay on delivery. For countries outside the European Union, local duties and taxes may apply.
- Switzerland: shipped by Swiss Post, delivery usually within 2 to 3 working days.
- Outside Switzerland: shipped from France by DPD, delivery usually within 4 to 7 working days.
Shipping costs are shown before you confirm your order. Delivery times are indicative and may be longer in case of force majeure (strikes, bad weather, transport disruptions).
