Terms of service
No customs fees for our Swiss and European customers. We ship within Switzerland from Switzerland, and to the European Union from France: no import duties to pay on delivery.
Our online sales are handled by two companies depending on the delivery country: part 1 applies to orders delivered in Switzerland, part 2 to orders delivered outside Switzerland.
Part 1 – Orders delivered in Switzerland
1. Seller

2. Products
We describe and photograph our items with care; colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Some ceramic or wooden items show natural variations in shape, colour or glaze: they are part of their character and are not a defect.
3. Prices
Prices in Swiss francs (CHF), Swiss VAT included. Shipping costs are shown before you confirm your order.
4. Order and payment
The contract is concluded when you receive our confirmation email. Payment is made online when ordering: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, PayPal, TWINT, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna, Bancontact or iDEAL | Wero, depending on the country. If an item is no longer available, we will let you know and refund that amount.
5. Delivery
Shipped from Switzerland by Swiss Post; delivery usually within 2 to 3 working days. Delivery times are indicative. Please check your delivery address.
6. Damaged parcel or wrong item
Broken or wrong item: email us at ask@yugenlab.com upon receipt, with your order number. We will offer a replacement or a refund, free of charge.
7. Returns
You have 30 days after receipt to return an item that does not suit you. Please contact us by email first. The item must be unused and in its original packaging; return shipping costs are at your expense. Refund to the original payment method once we have received the item. Gift cards are neither exchanged nor refunded.
8. Warranty
If an item is defective, contact us as soon as you notice it. The statutory warranty under the Swiss Code of Obligations applies.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction
Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction: Geneva.
Part 2 – Orders delivered outside Switzerland
Orders to the European Union ship from France: no import duties to pay on delivery. For countries outside the European Union, local duties and taxes may apply.

6. Damaged parcel or wrong item
Broken or wrong item: email us at ask@yugenlab.com upon receipt, with your order number. We will offer a replacement or a refund, free of charge.
7. Right of withdrawal and returns
You have 30 days after receipt to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason (beyond the 14-day legal period). Let us know by email at ask@yugenlab.com, then send the item back unused, in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are at your expense. We will refund you, including the original delivery costs, to the original payment method no later than 14 days after your request, and once we have received the item.
8. Legal guarantees
Items are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
