Hashi, or Japanese chopsticks , measure approximately 20 cm. This is an average because in practice their length depends on the user. There are a multitude of them: colors, lengths, decorations, the variations are endless!

In Japan, they replace forks, knives and spoons. They allow you to sear pieces of meat or fish, pasta and vegetables. If you're not used to using them, don't be discouraged! After a short period of adaptation, you will become an expert in handling chopsticks!
